Event open to all members and to visitors (invitation only) who are members of Robin Hood Societies.
If you wish to enter please put your name forward via your Society Captain.
Reserved Tee Times available 1-3pm but players may play at any time during the day, please try to play with at least one member of another Society
95% handicap individual qualifying Stableford. Maximum 12 players per Society, 6 best scores count towards Total Society Score
Men play off yellow tees, ladies off red. Ladies receive one extra shot.
Entry fee £5. 100% of fees go into the prize fund for the event. Please pay to your Society Captain.
Visitors green fee £20 (please pay in proshop before playing) in addition to the entry fee
Prizes for Societies with best Total Scores and Top Scorer in each Society

On the day players should pick up their scorecard for the comp in the Proshop - all guest fees to be paid in the proshop before play.
An envelope for each Society Captain/Organiser will be in the proshop ready for the comp fees of £5 per player to be collected by the Captain/Organiser and handed over to the Ladybirds Society Organisers on the day. Please collect the comp fees in cash.
An envelope for the meal preorders will be on each Society's table for the evening. If players are attending, but not eating it will be helpful to know so that the appropriate table size can be reserved.
Scorecards should be put in the Men's Comp Box on the patio outside the proshop.
Please enter the scores as normal.
